Building bridges between academic excellence and sustainable bilingual education.

Our Reason for Being

The first phase of bilingualism in Brazil was marked by implementation: increased class hours, adoption of CLIL (Common Language and Literature), and partnerships with existing programs. This movement brought progress—but also a new challenge.

Today, the greatest risk is not in starting a bilingual project, but in losing it along the way.

Faculty turnover, management changes, the influx of new students, a lack of institutional culture, and the absence of processes make the project fragile and unstable. IBT was created to change this scenario, ensuring that the work does not depend on individuals, but rather on structure, culture, and academic continuity.

Our approach

At IBT , we recognize that implementing a bilingual program is only the beginning. True success lies in creating sustainable systems that ensure academic continuity, teacher development, and consistent quality over time.

Our methodology combines international best practices with context-specific solutions, providing schools with the tools, training, and support needed to build bilingual programs that thrive for generations.

IBT is based on three premises:

Bilingualism is institutional: it requires vision and culture, not just classes.

Development is continuous: one-off training sessions do not transform practice.

Sustainability depends on structure: processes, indicators, and culture guarantee longevity.

This approach enables schools not only to implement, but also to consolidate and evolve their bilingual projects over the years.

Our Commitment

We are committed to walking alongside the school, respecting its identity, its context, and its characteristics — promoting consistent, sustainable, and meaningful evolution.

We don't work with generic models.

Every school is unique — and the bilingual program should be too.
